İş barədə məlumat:

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and top-quality candidates for open positions
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors, ensuring that they understand the organization's culture, values, and recruitment goals
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the position
  • Manage the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and employment laws
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates and referral sources
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
  • Develop and maintain recruiting metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging recruitment technologies and tools, and identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the talent acquisition team, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's staffing needs, hiring goals, and talent management priorities
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership on recruitment trends, market insights, and industry best practices
  • Work closely with the HR team to develop and maintain a strong employer brand and employee value proposition
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with professional networks, industry associations, and other recruitment-related groups to stay connected with the latest trends and insights in the talent acquisition field
  • Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and aligned with the organization's business objectives
  • Partner with the HR team to develop and implement training programs and resources to support hiring managers in recruitment and selection processes
  • Provide strategic direction to the talent acquisition team, setting goals and objectives, measuring performance, and driving continuous improvement.
