What We're Looking For:

- At least a year of experience with PHP and SQL databases
- Superb English writing skills because you'll be chatting with customers mostly in writing
- A knack for problem-solving. We love folks who can analyze and solve tricky issues
- Great communication skills to chat with team members and customers smoothly
- A positive attitude and dedication to hard work and top-notch customer support
- Familiarity with Presta Shop and other eCommerce platforms is a plus, but not necessary

Your Job Will Include:

- Helping customers through email and live chat, solving technical issues with our Presta Shop Modules
- Troubleshooting and fixing PHP code to solve problems
- Working with our development team to make our addons even better, using customer feedback
- Keeping up with all our product offerings so you can give accurate info and support to customers.
- Staying updated with Presta Shop and relevant eCommerce technologies to keep up with what's new and useful

The Role:

We're on the lookout for a dedicated PHP Support Agent to become a part of our team
Your role will involve helping customers with our Presta Shop Addons Marketplace modules, resolving issues, and chatting with our clients from all around the world
You'll also get to work closely with our internal team

This is a full-time job from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 10:00 to 19:00

You'll get a salary of 1000 AZN plus a Bonus!
